Consulting Services Related to Real Estate

​Many churches are in need of professional direction when making a church real estate decision.  Some of the questions can be answered  in the valuation process.  However, many complex questions may arise, such as the sale of an existing facility, how to finance a church facility, what church builder to choose, and other real estate related matters. We at FCC have a network of contacts and resources to assist with some of these demanding questions facing the modern day church.
 

Services Offered by FCC

​David L. Fuller and D. Craig Fuller, are specialist in church property appraising, or assisting with the sale of, or purchase of, church property.  Additionally, FCC has assisted with cost effective stewardship or financial campaigns. Our firm has provided these services for churches from under $100,000.00 to those exceeding multi-million dollar church facilities.  Our corporate office is located in North Texas, and we serve all of the North Texas region.   However, we also have a Houston Branch that serves the Greater Houston Region and the Gulf Coast Region.  In the past few years we have begun expanding our vision and have provided church valuations throughout all regions of Texas.  Additionally, we have completed church valuations across many states of the Southeast, Mid-South, and Rocky Mountain regions of the United States.

Fee Structure for Appraisal Consulting Assignments

​Each church is unique in terms of land and building size, building type, and location.  Therefore, each fee is quoted on a per assignment basis of the individual church.  Fuller Church Consultants is very concerned about the cost of these fees to a church.

Church Financing 

The church of today faces many dilemmas with regard to the finance of a church related real estate project. Due to the fact that this financial undertaking is blending a financial world ordered by man while adhering to faith principles established by God, it is with this challenge that we at FCC undertake to assist in the finance of a given church project. We are not affiliated with any one specific lender; however, our background in church appraising and church sales has provided us with an excellent network of denominational and non-denominational church lenders. By having access to this sector of the church financial world, we at FCC believe we could assist you and your church family in finding the best possible financial solution for your church real estate needs.
